All orders are shipped out once fully processed and payment is verified. Orders can take anywhere from 4 to 14 business days to ship to customer with order processing included. Please be mindful that we do not ship out on holidays or weekends. This may delay your delivery date of your order. If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, please allow extra time to receive your order.
Orders are also sometimes delayed if an item is in popular demand or out of stock with restock available. Our Pre-Order items are shipped out once the merchandise arrives in our store or warehouse. Custom items are shipped out once each order is complete.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
